Mutts & Butts Co. partners with Pet Genie to host the World’s Largest Pet Walk in Toronto

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

TORONTO, ON — September 18, 2026 — On Saturday, September 26, local dog lovers will gather at Humber Bay Park East for the global World’s Largest Pet Walk. Hosted locally by dog-friendly wellness brand Mutts & Butts Co. and sponsored by Pet Genie, team Toronto United Pack aims to raise $1,000 for Pet Partners, the international organization that registers and supports therapy animal teams visiting hospitals, schools, and hospices.

The scenic 1.5 km waterfront pack walk kicks off at 10:00 AM at the newly opened Humber Bay Park East (parking lot drop-off loop), followed by an 11:30 AM patio social at Firkin on the Bay (68 Marine Parade Dr).

The event is free and open to all; leashed dogs are welcome, but having a pet is not required.

“Community building and advocacy have always been at the core of what we do,” said Kareen Awadalla, Founder of Mutts & Butts Co. “My own emotional support animal has been my anchor through so much, so supporting Pet Partners feels deeply personal to me. Therapy animal teams bring that exact sense of peace and relief into rooms where people are hurting or recovering. We're thrilled to support this cause."

Introducing The Impact Collection

To mark the walk, Mutts & Butts Co. launched The Impact Collection with its first release: the Toronto United Pack Charity Tee.

Cut from the same heavyweight, vintage-washed cotton as their signature pieces, the special-edition tee pairs elevated streetwear quality with real purpose. To help the team reach their $1,000 fundraising goal, $10 from every shirt sold will be donated to Pet Partners. As a bonus, registered walkers will also receive an email containing an exclusive discount code to get 10% off the shirt.
